The programme focuses on:

  • Understanding emotional and behavioural patterns
  • Learning how DBT skills can be applied in everyday relationships
  • Supporting your loved one while also taking care of your own emotional wellbeing

  • Build a repertoire of DBT-informed skills to apply in day-to-day interpersonal situations.

Studies have proven that online therapy is as effective as face to face therapy. Our clients tell us that online therapy is easier all round, with less travel time, and less time missing all important lessons and activities. We can even see young people from a confidential space at school or college!

DBT is really effective in treating adolescents, particularly those who struggle with symptoms such as self harm, suicide attempts, impulsive behaviours and intense, unstable emotions. In our DBT group and individual sessions, we have decades of experience treating teens quickly and effectively. When adolescents finish our treatments, they are more in control of their emotions and behavioural urges (many teens no longer experience impulsive urges at treatment end!).
