OUR ONLINE DBT SERVICES
-
Online DBT Skills Group
We run four adult DBT skills groups online each week. The online DBT group skills training therapists teach you DBT skills from the Linehan skills training manual. The groups involve exercises, group activities, reflection and always end with homework to help you practice these skills in your everyday life. We cover a number of key modules including mindfulness skills, distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal skills.
-
Individual Online DBT
We offer DBT individual sessions from Mondays to Saturdays including on evenings. Individual therapy involves weekly one-to-one 50 minute sessions. The individual sessions work to reduce impulsive behaviours in and out of therapy, as well as helping you to reach your goals through learning new skills. For an example of forms and skills used within DBT, contact us to find out more. Our team of DBT therapists will tailor the treatment to your needs and goals.
-
Crisis Skills Coaching
We offer a DBT crisis coaching skills service option for those attending our online DBT sessions via phone and whatsapp. The skills coaching is an integral element, shaping skills use and promoting emotional regulation and distress tolerance in the moment of distress. Want to find out more, contact our team who can talk you through our crisis coaching options.

DBT Aftercare Group
